NBC News

How NBC News Helped the Biden Campaign Ruin an Innocent Man and Bury the Hunter Laptop Story. A major media outlet in the United States coordinated with a presidential campaign not just to bury a story deeply damaging to the candidate, but to thoroughly discredit it and attempt to personally destroy its author.

White House correspondent April Ryan raised eyebrows on Friday after she appeared to endorse the idea that journalists shouldn't reveal contradictions between President-elect Joe Biden's public and private statements. Ryan appeared to express disapproval that a recording of Biden claiming "defund the police" rhetoric hurt down-ballot Democrats in last month's elections was leaked to The Intercept, which duly reported on it.

For years, Ruhollah Zam ran one of Iran’s most popular online news outlets, AmadNews, a website and channel on the messaging app Telegram that amassed millions of followers inside the Islamic republic and in the diaspora. After he was lured from France, brought before a secretive security court in Iran and sentenced to die, Zam was abruptly executed after being convicted of the Islamic crime of “spreading corruption on earth”.

Seattle is considering making it legal to steal, as long as you're poor and plan on selling the items, creating an affirmative defense for theft if you intended to sell the stolen items for "basic needs" like food or rent. Why do so many Americans think the election was stolen?

Clarence Thomas’ Road Less Traveled. The Left hates Thomas with a consuming passion, and has expressed its enmity with vile, hateful insults and epithets. Blacks are “supposed” to be aligned with the left wing of the Democratic Party, and under no circumstances are they “allowed” to be conservative. Watch the video on Amazon.

Why Do So Many Americans Think the Election Was Stolen writes Roger Kimball? In brief, I’d like to introduce him to Occam’s razor, which not only supplies a nice example of the Latin gerundive in action (“entia non sunt multiplicanda praeter necessitatem”), but also, in English, offers good advice for mental hygiene. In short, all things being equal, the simplest and most forthright explanation is often the correct one. In the present case, the correct answer to the question ‘Why do so many Americans think the election was stolen?’ is this: because it was.

This article is really about journalism. Pre-election, much of the media disregarded the Hunter Biden laptop story first published by the New York Post. Nancy Pelosi Let Millions Suffer To Win An Election. In a statement Friday, she announced that all of a sudden, after months and months of American people and small businesses begging for relief, that she will now compromise on a $908 billion stimulus package. More here

The National Museum of African American History & Culture in Washington declared this past summer that rationality, the two-parent family, punctuality, self-control, and being polite were “white” traits. This essay argues that eliminating any objective measurement of ability is destroying our most fundamental institutions. Thousands of blacks outperform whites and Asians, thanks to study and self-discipline. But the ubiquity of racial preferences casts doubt on their legitimate achievements and leaves them open to the suspicion that they advanced because of the color of their skin.

Trump got impeached for allegedly withholding Ukraine aid for political reasons. Nancy Pelosi withheld coronavirus aid from American citizens for political reasons.

This election doesn't pass the "smell test".  It just doesn't seem probable that Joe Biden could win.

Why the 2020 Election Was Neither Free nor Fair. There are common international standards about what makes an election “free and fair.” These criteria, summarized by the Inter-Parliamentary Union, include: the “absolute” right to a secret ballot; the right to “express political opinions without interference; [t]o seek, receive and impart information and to make an informed choice”; the right of candidates to “equal opportunity of access to the media”; the “right of candidates to security”; freedom of association, and others.

Texas filed pleadings in the U.S. Supreme Court alleging that the electoral processes followed by Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin in this year’s election were unconstitutional and the results in those states should be negated. Because this is a lawsuit between states, the Supreme Court has original and exclusive jurisdiction.

The burden of proof

From Roger Kimball. "Many people, including some good friends, believe that Joe Biden won the 2020 presidential election fair and square. Many others—and I place myself among them—believe that something is rotten in the state of Denmark, or, to be more specific, in the cities of Milwaukee, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Detroit, not to mention Maricopa County, Arizona. I think what happened was so rotten that I regard the election as illegitimate."

The Arecibo Telescope collapsed on December 1. This was a 1000-ft wide dish located in Puerto Rico. Once the world’s largest single-dish radio telescope, the Arecibo facility has been the site of many key astronomical discoveries over the years, including observations of the spinning stars known as pulsars that led to the 1993 Nobel Prize in Physics. Before its collapse, astronomers were using the telescope for a number of scientific studies, including radar assessments of near-Earth asteroids, to measure their threat to the planet. Watch the video of the collapse on Nature.

How the media stole the election for Biden

Media Suppression of 8 Key Stories 'Stole This Election' for Joe Biden. What is kind of sad is how ignorant the Biden voters were of significant national events. Of course you can blame the media, as this story does. How could they report on the successful vaccine development without mentioning it resulted from Trump's Operation Warp Speed? And how could they not report on Trump's success building peace in the Middle East? It is unconscionable to bias the news so thoroughly. I knew about these events, but have relatives who didn't know these things because they get their news from television.

If you read between the lines in this New York Times article, there are two takeaways: 1) the development of a Corona virus vaccine so quickly was the result of Trump's warp speed initiative, and 2) it was slowed down to make sure the news came out after the election. I reposted this because the link appears to be missing from the earlier post.
