Why the Afghanistan Withdrawal Was the Perfect Storm of Bureaucratic Incompetence

Why the Afghanistan Withdrawal Was the Perfect Storm of Bureaucratic Incompetence. The botched withdrawal wasn’t a mistake or a one-time bad call.
