Trump: the unappreciated president

A recounting of Trump's response to the coronavirus, dissed by the Democrats.

The FDA has given emergency authorization for the use of hydroxychloroquine for the virus.  It is interesting how Politico, reliably anti-Trump spins the story differently.

A sad story about the government's search for ventilators.  MIT will shortly publish the design for an emergency ventilator which can be built for $100.  It's obvious that it can't be built that cheaply; academics always underestimate the cost of building things or running a business, but it looks like it could be built for a few hundred dollars.

The FDA sat on approval for a critical mask sterilization process until it became public knowledge.

The Obama-Biden administration repeatedly sought cuts to the CDC budgets, and of course Biden is now accusing Trump of budget cutting.

An opinion piece about the way the media is treating Trump's daily briefings. Another perspective on the same subject from a liberal source.

For those who don't watch Meet the Press, Chuck Todd got a little blowback from asking Biden if he thought Trump had "blood on his hands" from his response to the virus.

In the midst of the pandemic, the Democrats are choosing to play politics.

Exactly 234 years ago this week, two of America’s founding fathers documented their first exposure to Islamic jihad in a letter to Congress; like many Americans today, they too were shocked at what they learned.

Trump Derangement Syndrome, TDS, is a real thing. It makes normal intelligent people react in inappropriate ways.  Here's a hospital executive who posted something snarky on the Internet which got her fired. She wouldn't normally be so unprofessional without TDS.

Johnson and Johnson says it has a promising candidate for a vaccine for Coronovirus which will be available in a year after the trials.  Reading between the lines, it probably works now but people and the economy will die before the FDA approves it.

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell surprised President Trump — and most of the Rose Garden audience — during a White House coronavirus task force briefing on Monday by calling on Americans to read the Bible during their isolation from the outbreak.

The New York Times is blaming evangelicals for the virus, with no basis in fact. Read for an analysis of what Trump is doing.

Do you smell bad (poorly)? Loss of taste and smell is a good indicator you have Coronovirus.

An awesome home made mask:
