NPR on the Wuhan Flu

Careful listeners have determined that NPR is quite liberal. I suspect they would deny it, but consider NPR's spotty report on the Wuhan labs.

Canada is trying to ban use of hydroxychloroquine, but New Brunswick has adopted its use. Take a look a this graph of the cure rates for different areas. The ascending curve shows more cures. Here's a similar result comparing Ireland (no HC) and Turkey (Yes HC).  Here's more from the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Fauci's statement that we should wait for double-blind randomized tests is killing people.

Washington State came within one vote of releasing the "Green River Killer" from prison to protect him from the Wuhan Virus.

The Media Research Center (MRC) analyzed the news coverage on ABC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, NBC, and PBS between March 25 and April 27. During that month-plus period, these networks devoted a paltry 27 minutes and 31 seconds to Reade’s sexual assault allegations. By contrast, ABC, CBS, and NBC morning and evening news shows dedicated nearly six hours to Ford’s accusations against Kavanaugh in the twelve days after Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) went public that there was an unspecified allegation against the Supreme Court nominee.

Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer on Tuesday issued a warning to residents after seven registered sex offenders who he said were “high-risk” were recently released from custody early amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

There has been some buzz in the news about "reinfections" in people cured of the Wuhan Flu, creating concern that there was no immunity to be achieved with the disease or with inoculations. Turns out this isn't true.

Rainbow meets lightning in Idaho.

Amazingly, the NYT ran a story "Why Won’t TV News Book Tara Reade". The Times has a paywall, but you can read the story here.

Why did the PPP loan money go to big companies instead of the small ones it was claimed to help?

The April 26 issue of Doug's Blog (scroll down) had a story on using Pulse Oximeters for early detection of Wuhan Flu. Here's an article on how they work.

Remember "Anonymous", the person inside the Trump organization who wrote an editorial and book very critical of Donald Trump.  Here's the inside story of the search for that person's identity.
